1. Act as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering extraordinary experiences for internal teams and clients.
2. Drive the business of assigned product categories through analysis, reporting, and partnership with the Home Office buying team.
3. Coach and manage a diverse team of salespeople to deliver an elevated client experience.
4. Foster a positive working environment that encourages feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
5. Provide ongoing training and development for team members, including product knowledge and service delivery.
6. Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local businesses.
7. Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld to drive business results.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred.
5. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of Chanel.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $105,000, with additional variable pay components such as bonuses.
