1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering extraordinary experiences for internal teams and clients.
2. Drive the business within the Handbags, Small Leather Goods, and Eyewear categories.
3. Coach and manage a diverse sales team, fostering a positive working environment.
4. Provide initial and ongoing training and development for team members, including product details and service delivery.
5. Analyze, report, and plan assortments in partnership with the Home Office buying team.
6. Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local businesses.
7. Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld to deliver elevated client service.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within Chanel.

A minimum of three years of related experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 through $95,000. Additional compensation may include bonus potential and other variable pay components.
