Chanel Assistant Product Manager

1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for the internal team and clients.
2. Drive the business within the Ready-to-Wear (RTW) category, coaching and managing a diverse team of salespeople.
3. Collaborate closely with the Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge.
4. Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
5. Provide initial and ongoing training and development for all team members, including Chanel savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
6. Analyze, report, and plan assortments in partnership with the Home Office buying team.
7. Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators.
8. Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local high-profile businesses.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of, and passion for, client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Passion for the House of Chanel, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 through $106,000. Additional variable pay, including bonus potential, may be offered.
