1. Manage the procurement of materials and haberdashery orders from suppliers, supporting buyers.
2. Ensure the ordering and receipt of dyes.
3. Update receipts and pricing in the system.
4. Coordinate timelines, partner follow-ups, and administrative tracking.
5. Lead collection analyses.
6. Collaborate closely with various internal departments.
7. Participate in the return process of collection haberdashery.

1. Fluency in English and French, with knowledge of Italian as a plus.

1. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Familiarity with software such as PLM and ORLI.

Experience in a similar role within the fashion industry is preferred.
