- Ensure the media agency has adequate resources to execute strategies and provide alternative recommendations.
- Inspire and motivate the media agency to excel in media planning and buying.

- Review communication media strategies and identify new media communication opportunities.
- Analyze competitor media spend and ensure key competitor activities are communicated.
- Ensure media strategies and plans align with brand objectives and challenge media agency proposals as needed.
- Proven experience in media strategy and communication within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
