1. Lead end-to-end payroll delivery and administration across 2 to 3 APAC markets, including Australia and New Zealand.
2. Ensure accurate and timely employee payments on a fortnightly/monthly basis.
3. Oversee payroll operations and manage vendor partnerships.
4. Drive compliance with local regulations and optimize systems integration, including Workday HRMS, Time & Attendance, benefits, and finance platforms.
5. Safeguard payroll integrity within Chanel’s global framework.
6. Enhance payroll efficiency through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
7. Mitigate risk by enforcing audit controls and ensuring documentation accuracy.
8. Contribute to regional payroll strategy and lead projects aligning with Chanel’s long-term business success.

1. 8+ years in multi-market payroll management, preferably in luxury retail or FMCG.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Expertise in end-to-end payroll management, including Workday HRMS and APAC compliance.
2. Proven ability to manage vendors, SLAs/KPIs, and cross-functional projects.
3. Skill in driving standardization, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
4. Dedication to fostering inclusion, well-being, and operational excellence.

8+ years in multi-market payroll management, preferably in luxury retail or FMCG, with fluency in English.
