- Oversee support and back-office activities including cash management, stock control, maintenance, and security.
- Assist in daily management and coordination of back-office teams to optimize boutique results.
- Analyze sales and boutique performance to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Support Operations Manager with key performance indicators and inventory management.
- Implement action plans to enhance business performance and sales.
- Conduct specific studies and provide strategic business and product insights.
- Participate in retail project deployment and act as a liaison with headquarters.
- Ensure team understanding and implementation of brand strategy.
- Motivate and guide teams towards achieving objectives through performance reviews.
- Define and monitor individual skill development priorities.
- Support Stock Manager in organizational optimization.
- Prepare and deliver performance briefs for the boutique.
- Assist in cash control and procedural compliance.
- Train new employees on internal procedures and ensure adherence.
- Support security and safety procedures, including FCO accreditation for airport merchandise flow.
- Act as a brand ambassador in internal and external luxury, retail, and airport sectors.
- Higher education degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
Proven experience in the retail industry, particularly in luxury products and airport environments.
