1. Oversee support and back-office activities including cash management, stock control, maintenance, and security.
2. Assist in daily management and coordination of back-office teams to optimize boutique results.
3. Analyze sales and boutique performance to ensure alignment with objectives.
4. Support Operations Manager with key performance indicators and inventory management.
5. Implement action plans to enhance business performance and sales.
6. Conduct specific studies and provide strategic business and product insights.
7. Participate in retail project deployment and act as a liaison with headquarters.
8. Ensure team understanding and implementation of brand strategy.
9. Motivate and guide teams towards achieving objectives through performance reviews.
10. Define and monitor individual skill development priorities.
11. Support Stock Manager in organizational optimization.
12. Prepare and deliver performance briefs for the boutique.
13. Assist in cash control and procedural compliance.
14. Train new employees on internal procedures and ensure adherence.
15. Support security and safety procedures, including FCO accreditation for airport merchandise flow.
16. Act as a brand ambassador in internal and external luxury, retail, and airport sectors.

1. Higher education degree in a relevant field.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Leadership and team management capabilities.
