1. Oversee all operational functions within the boutique, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities management, security, resource planning, compliance, and expense management.
2. Collaborate with the Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
3. Lead and inspire operational staff, fostering a culture of feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
4. Serve as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools, acting as a resource for the entire boutique team.
5. Manage budget and forecast expenditures for the boutique.
6. Ensure in-store presence to coach teams, uphold boutique image and operational standards, and deliver exceptional client service.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
4. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
5. Foreign language skills preferred.

A minimum of 3 years in a related operational role within the retail or luxury sector is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,100.00 to $105,000.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
