Chanel Assistant Operations Manager

1. Oversee all operational functions within the boutique, including Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning/Staffing, Compliance, and Expense Management.
2. Collaborate with the Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
3. Lead and inspire operational staff, fostering a positive working environment and promoting a culture of feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
4. Act as the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems, and Tools, serving as a resource for the entire Boutique Team.
5. Manage the budget and forecast expenditures for a multi-faceted boutique.
6. Lead various projects and take initiative to drive business results.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
4. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

Minimum of 3 years in a related field, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 through $106,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components may include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
