1. Act as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for both internal teams and clients.
2. Drive the business within the Ready-to-Wear (RTW) category, coaching and managing a diverse sales team.
3. Collaborate closely with the Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge.
4. Spend time on the selling floor to coach and inspire the team to deliver an elevated client experience.
5. Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
6. Provide initial and ongoing training and development for all team members, including Chanel savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
7. Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with the Home Office buying team.
8. Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local high-profile businesses and events.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Passion for the House of Chanel, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
6. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of Chanel.

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 through $106,000. Additional forms of variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
