1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering extraordinary experiences for internal teams and clients.
2. Drive the business of the Fragrance & Beaute category, coaching and managing a diverse sales team.
3. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge.
4. Spend time on the selling floor, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver an elevated client experience.
5. Foster a positive working environment, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
6. Provide initial and ongoing training and development for all team members, including Chanel savoir faire, product details, and service delivery.
7. Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with the Home Office buying team.
8. Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local high-profile businesses.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for the House of Chanel, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,100 through $88,000. Additional forms of variable pay may be offered, including bonus potential and other incentives.
