1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering extraordinary experiences for internal teams and clients.
2. Drive the business within the Small Leather Goods, Costume Jewelry, and Other Accessories categories.
3. Coach and manage a team of diverse salespeople, fostering a positive working environment.
4. Provide initial and ongoing training and development for all team members, including product details and service delivery.
5. Analyze, report, and plan assortments in partnership with the Home Office buying team.
6. Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Passion for the House of Chanel, its history, and product offerings.

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 to $95,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
