1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for both internal teams and clients.
2. Drive the business within the Costume Jewelry and Other Accessories categories, collaborating closely with the Boutique Director.
3. Coach and manage a diverse team of salespeople, fostering a positive working environment and a culture of feedback.
4. Provide initial and ongoing training and development for team members, emphasizing Chanel savoir faire, product details, and service delivery.
5. Analyze, report, and plan assortments for the assigned product category, in partnership with the Home Office buying team.
6. Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local high-profile businesses.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in a related role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range is $70,200 to $106,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
