1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for both internal teams and clients.
2. Drive business growth within the Small Leather Goods, Costume Jewelry, and Other Accessories categories.
3. Coach and manage a diverse team of salespeople, fostering a positive working environment.
4. Provide ongoing training and development for team members, including product knowledge and service delivery.
5. Collaborate with the Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge and strategies.
6. Analyze, report, and plan assortments in partnership with the Home Office buying team.
7. Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Foreign language skills preferred.
5. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,100 to $85,000, with potential for bonuses and other forms of variable pay.
