Chanel Assistant — International Retail Operations Projects (Alternance)

1. Support the Program/Project Manager in planning and executing international retail operations projects (store openings, refurbishments, commercial roll-outs and merchandising operations).
2. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including retail, visual merchandising, logistics, product and external vendors to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
3. Maintain and update project plans, trackers, timelines and status reports; prepare presentations and concise executive summaries for steering meetings.
4. Assist with logistical tasks such as shipment coordination, sample management, store validations and on-site testing where required.
5. Compile and analyse operational metrics to measure project performance and identify process improvements.
6. Ensure strict compliance with brand standards and confidentiality in all project documentation and communications.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Fashion Management, Operations, Supply Chain or Project Management (eligible for alternance/work-study contract).
2. Excellent organisational acumen with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy and proven capacity to work with international stakeholders.
4. High level of discretion, attention to detail and commitment to brand-quality standards.
5. Availability to start in September 2026 and willingness to travel occasionally for store visits or roll-outs.

Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's programme (Business, Fashion Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or Project Management) and eligible for an alternance/work-study contract in France.
