Chanel Assistant in Material and Embroidery Industrialization

- Participate in structuring the Industrialization Division within the Finished Products sector.
- Monitor the development progress of collections in close collaboration with manufacturers to anticipate the industrialization of selected materials and embroideries.
- Implement development tracking tools to ensure precise management of product finalization.
- Codify materials in the Product Lifecycle Management System (PLMS).
- Support the preparation of key meetings by gathering information from suppliers and embroiderers and formalizing meeting minutes.
- Incorporate the brand's responsible transformation approach into daily tasks, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in the visual and regulatory validation of material and embroidery finalizations, including laboratory test launches and validations, production sample controls, and ensuring REACH compliance.
- Ensure the conformity of care instructions for models.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects such as PLM training, process enhancements related to development and quality, and organizing events to unify the partner ecosystem.
- Establish KPIs for managing finalizations and quality disputes concerning materials and embroideries.
- Bachelor's degree +4/5 in engineering, business, or fashion school.
- Technical knowledge of textiles, leather, and embellishments.
- Proficiency in team coordination and collaboration.
- Comfortable with IT tools and potentially with PLM systems.
- Fluency in French and English, with Italian as a plus.
- Strong organizational, anticipatory, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in textile or fashion industry, particularly in material development or industrialization processes, is preferred.
Bachelor's degree +4/5 in engineering, business, or fashion school.
