Chanel Client Experience and Digital Learning Assistant Intern

- Develop training tools related to Client Experience for Chanel's international sales force.
- Design blended learning modules incorporating both in-person and digital formats via a mobile learning app.
- Coordinate the creation of digital modules, morning briefings, in-boutique presentations, videos, and podcasts with internal departments and external creative agencies.
- Utilize feedback and performance indicators to propose enhancements to learning tools.
- Contribute to elevating the skills of Fashion Advisors to ensure a unique client experience in boutiques.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.
- Initial experience in training, marketing/merchandising, or sales within the luxury sector.
- Curiosity about the luxury industry, digital challenges, and training methodologies.
- Creativity and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
A foundational experience in training, marketing/merchandising, or sales within the luxury industry is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
