Chanel Assistant in Business Development and Marketing Operations

- Coordinate the distribution of marketing tools to regions and markets in collaboration with International Marketing, Merchandising, and Forecasting teams.
- Ensure consistency of information across systems and marketing materials.
- Manage the Parfums Beauté Intranet, including campaign page creation and document uploads.
- Contribute to the creation of weekly and monthly newsletters for the division and regions/markets.
- Assist in the creation of system access.
- Oversee the campaign template distribution process and multi-sector consolidations.
- Coordinate the distribution of product prototypes to aid regional sales forecasting.
- Centralize prototype needs for events and internal purposes.
- Update the calendar for regional/market forecast waves based on launch schedule adjustments.
- Support the team in developing new processes and tracking cross-functional projects, including RSE & Social Commitment initiatives.
- Provide business support for the product information management tool (PIM), including training and user support.
- Monitor requests for tool enhancements and participate in weekly stakeholder meetings.
- Higher education degree BAC+4/5 or equivalent.
- Initial experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Dynamic and meticulous with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborative work.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating clear, precise, and impactful content.
- Interest in digital tools.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and English (C1 level).
A foundational experience in handling diverse projects concurrently is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+4/5 equivalent).
