Chanel Intern - High-End Merchandising & Business Development Assistant

- Oversee the allocation of high-end pieces across Europe, ensuring efficient transfer flows between boutiques for events and client presentations.
- Maintain coherence in stock assortments and ensure the execution of stock rotation and availability timelines within retail and wholesale networks.
- Support European market intermediaries and French retail teams by managing exceptional piece requests to enhance customer experiences and drive sales.
- Contribute to the selection of exceptional pieces for client presentations using product knowledge.
- Manage European stock effectively by updating tracking tools daily and optimizing them for quantitative and qualitative visibility.
- Ensure the quality of pieces by overseeing restoration and after-sales service requests, optimizing departmental coordination.
- Previous significant experience in merchandising, operational marketing, or business analysis, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong interest in High Jewelry and Watchmaking.
- Proactive, organized, and autonomous work ethic.
- Logical and conscientious approach to improving operational efficiency.
- Customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Excel and English.
Previous significant experience in merchandising, operational marketing, or business analysis, preferably within the luxury sector.
