Chanel Assistant Forecasting and Inventory Manager

- Lead efforts to achieve Net Sales targets by collaborating with the Retail team and Travel Retail Operator to ensure optimal inventory purchasing and consistent stock availability.
- Strategically manage and optimize inventory operations across key markets including Indonesia, Philippines, and Cambodia, leveraging leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Develop monthly sell-in phasing and SKU-level demand planning to support Singapore Travel Retail's annual Net Sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with Travel Retail Operators to ensure year-round stock coverage and maximize New Campaign Sell-In volumes.
- Monitor delivery lead times and coordinate logistics with the local Distribution Center to ensure timely stock delivery.
- Oversee campaign order tracking and collaborate with Retail and Visual Merchandising to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Lead Open-To-Buy and Purchase Order reviews to ensure optimal stock coverage aligned with sales trends and marketing calendars.
- Establish and maintain inventory performance metrics to provide accurate visibility and assessment of stock levels.
- Partner with Travel Retail Operators to maintain consistent stock coverage and maximize campaign sell-in opportunities.
- Manage the approval and oversight of campaign-related Purchase Orders and validate end-to-end Campaign Forecast flows.
- Serve as the liaison between Global Customer Service and local markets for effective communication on shipment allocation and fulfillment.
- Oversee the product registration process in collaboration with local markets and Chanel’s Global Regulatory team.
- Coordinate with the Regional Supply Chain team to address logistics and importation challenges.
- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies to enhance operational effectiveness.
