1. Manage and update two SharePoint sites maintained by the Data Tools and Solutions team.
2. Ensure the completeness of documentation, including team-specific, technical, methodological, and process documents.
3. Organize and model the document structure within SharePoint.
4. Index, identify, and input keywords for enhanced document searchability on SharePoint.
5. Adapt existing documents to align with the defined presentation guidelines.
6. Harmonize document nomenclature.
7. Develop SharePoint site interfaces, including homepage and sections.
8. Implement newsletters.
9. Revise and update the DA glossary, integrating definitions, data, and illustrations in both French and English.

1. Advanced education in documentation or related field.
2. Proficiency in IT and documentary languages.
3. Strong knowledge of SharePoint, both back office and interface aspects.

Experience in content management and SharePoint administration is required.
