Chanel Assistant Digital Merchandiser (Intern)

- Support the digital merchandising team in planning and executing on-site product assortments for the fashion category.
- Ensure correct product taxonomy, attributes and tagging across the e‑commerce catalogue to optimise discoverability and conversion.
- Prepare and maintain product feeds, SKU-level merchandising content and imagery specifications in collaboration with content production and photography teams.
- Assist with on-site visual merchandising tasks: category page layouts, banners, editorial placements and A/B test implementations.
- Monitor online performance KPIs (conversion, AOV, page views) and produce weekly reports to inform merchandising adjustments.
- Coordinate with buying, inventory operations and supply‑chain teams to reflect availability and replenishment in the online assortment.
- Support implementation of promotional plans and seasonal launches on digital channels, ensuring timely go‑live and quality control.
- Liaise with web development and CMS teams to troubleshoot content issues and contribute to UX-driven merchandising improvements.
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Fashion Management, E‑commerce, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to data accuracy and product detail.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and tight launch schedules.
- Professional written and spoken communication skills appropriate for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Interest in fashion trends, luxury retail and digital customer journeys.

Internship-level role; previous internships or coursework in e‑commerce, retail merchandising, digital marketing or product management are advantageous but not mandatory.
