Chanel Assistant Demand Planner (Intern) — Joaillerie Horlogerie

- Support the Joaillerie Horlogerie demand planning team in preparing and maintaining short- and mid-term sales forecasts.
- Collect, cleanse and analyse POS, wholesale and promotional sales data to identify trends, outliers and forecast drivers.
- Assist with inventory monitoring and replenishment analysis to optimise stock levels across channels and regions.
- Prepare reporting and presentation materials for S&OP cycles, commercial reviews and senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements, dataset automation and consolidation of planning tools.
- Coordinate with merchandising, retail, production and logistics teams to align demand signals and constraints.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical rigour with excellent attention to detail and numeracy.
- Ability to synthesise large datasets into actionable insights and clear presentations.
- Professional discretion, strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional luxury retail environment.
- Previous internship experience in supply chain, planning or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and modelling)
- PowerPoint (executive-ready reporting)
- Demand forecasting and statistical forecasting techniques
- S&OP process knowledge
- Data analysis and visualisation
- SAP (knowledge of ERP planning modules is a plus)
Internship-level role; no extensive professional experience required. Prior internships or project work in demand planning, inventory management or retail operations will be considered a strong asset.
Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
