1. Assist the Creative Packaging Manager with creative projects related to packaging and client gifts, both permanent and event-specific.
2. Engage in all project phases from conception to development, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget constraints.
3. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to propose innovative ideas for exclusive packaging and gifts, in alignment with the brand's codes.
4. Submit detailed proposals, including mock-ups, sketches, renderings, and inspiration boards.
5. Contribute to project progression from design to production, creating plans, 3D models, and prototypes.
6. Independently oversee project development and collaborate closely with the Purchasing team during production.
7. Maintain direct communication with external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution, including attending meetings, monitoring production, and adjusting prototypes.
8. Conduct market trend analysis and competitive research in packaging and gifting.

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Applied Arts, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D modeling software such as Rhino.
3. Experience with Keyshot is advantageous.
4. Fluency in English is preferred for communication with international suppliers and teams.

Previous experience in a similar role or internship in creative design, particularly in packaging or gifting, is preferred.
