- Develop training tools related to client experience for Chanel's international sales force.
- Design blended learning modules combining in-person and digital formats via the mobile learning app.
- Oversee the creation of digital modules, morning briefings, in-store presentations, videos, and podcasts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize feedback and performance indicators to propose improvements to learning tools.
- Enhance the skills of Fashion Advisors to deliver a unique boutique experience.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.
- Previous experience in training, marketing/merchandising, or luxury sales.
- Curiosity about the luxury sector and digital training challenges.
- Creativity and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Dynamic, positive attitude.
Previous experience in training, marketing/merchandising, or luxury sales is required.
Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.
