- Coordinate the production of promotional materials, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Source and collaborate with suppliers to secure optimal costs and quality production.
- Participate in the preparation and presentation of seasonal key meetings, including retailer meetings and seminars.
- Assist in the development of PowerPoint presentations and ensure the completion of marketing tools for each campaign.
- Support Brand Managers in forecasting collateral materials and monitor replenishment orders for non-saleable elements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and participate in competitive reviews and market studies.
- Liaise with the merchandising POS team to ensure flawless implementation of campaign guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team in creating and executing in-store events and outposts.
- Prepare communications on marketing programs for retailers.
- Conduct market visits to ensure campaign guidelines are executed flawlessly and provide postmortem feedback.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet timelines.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury or beauty industry.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
