1. Assist the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the fashion team, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
2. Lead by example to maintain exceptional customer service and product care, ensuring team adherence to the CHANEL Charter.
3. Develop and implement business strategies to expand the boutique's client base and enhance customer relationships.
4. Coach and mentor Fashion Advisors to improve client experience, sales skills, and teamwork.
5. Ensure optimal floor coverage and manage sales tracking to meet commercial objectives.
6. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with senior management, ensuring alignment with company goals.
7. Maintain operational excellence by ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and supporting sustainability initiatives.
8. Oversee merchandising and product maintenance to uphold visual standards and security measures.
9. Monitor team presentation and adherence to dress code and grooming guidelines.
10. Ensure the boutique environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.

1. Solid background in fashion retail with a proven track record of successful sales.

3. Ability to build strong, personalized relationships with clients and team members.
4. High levels of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail or luxury fashion environment, with demonstrated success in sales and team leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Competitive base salary of CAD 110,000 to CAD 115,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
