- Assist the Boutique Director in developing and leading the team, ensuring operational excellence and superior client service.
- Oversee boutique operations in the absence of the Boutique Director, maintaining high standards of service and team performance.
- Manage sales floor activities, including stock management, client interactions, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Lead operational responsibilities, including inventory management, supply needs communication, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Support event planning, coordination, and execution to enhance client engagement and brand presence.
- Cultivate a culture of service excellence, ensuring personalized and memorable client experiences.
- Maintain brand image and visual merchandising standards, ensuring a cohesive and appealing store presentation.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a retail luxury environment or operational role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a luxury retail environment, demonstrating expertise in sales and operations management.

The anticipated base range for this position is $33.70 to $38.00 hourly, with additional variable pay, bonus potential, and benefits.
