- Partner with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the team, assuming oversight in the Director's absence.
- Lead the team on the sales floor, providing superior service to every client.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
- Coach and support the team in product knowledge and artistry skills.
- Manage time and establish priorities to support the Boutique Director.
- Oversee sales floor operations, including stock management and re-stocking needs.
- Execute operational responsibilities to ensure efficiency.
- Communicate inventory and supply needs, and manage stock storage systems.
- Uphold and educate the team on Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in event planning and execution.
- Create a culture of service, providing unique and memorable client experiences.
- Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
- Attend seasonal seminars and corporate meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- 3+ years of leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and operationally savvy.
- Ability to coach and lead effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Operational and organizational skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
A minimum of three years of leadership sales experience in a luxury retail or operational role is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
The anticipated base hourly range is $33.70 to $37, with additional variable pay, bonuses, and perks.
