1. Partner with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the team, assuming oversight in the Director's absence.
2. Lead the team on the sales floor, providing superior service to every client.
3. Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
4. Coach and support the team in product knowledge and artistry skills.
5. Manage time and establish priorities to support the Boutique Director.
6. Oversee sales floor operations, including stock management and re-stocking needs.
7. Execute operational responsibilities to ensure efficiency.
8. Communicate inventory and supply needs, and manage stock storage systems.
9. Uphold and educate the team on Standard Operating Procedures.
10. Assist in event planning and execution.
11. Create a culture of service, providing unique and memorable client experiences.
12. Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
13. Attend seasonal seminars and corporate meetings.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
2. 3+ years of leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment preferred.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented and operationally savvy.
5. Ability to coach and lead effectively.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of three years of leadership sales experience in a luxury retail or operational role is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.

The anticipated base hourly range is $33.70 to $37, with additional variable pay, bonuses, and perks.
