Chanel Assistant Boutique Manager

- Partner with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the team, assuming oversight in the Director’s absence.
- Lead the team on the sales floor, ensuring superior service to every client.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
- Coach and support the team in product knowledge and artistry skills to enhance client experience.
- Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and delegating as necessary to support the Boutique Director.
- Oversee sales floor operations, including stock management and operational responsibilities.
- Lead operations for the MMS system, handling inventory, shipping, and damages.
- Maintain organized stock storage and uphold standard operating procedures.
- Build relationships with corporate partners for operational support.
- Assist in event planning and execution with the Boutique Director.
- Create a culture of service, providing memorable in-store and after-sales experiences.
- Uphold brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- 3+ years of leadership sales experience in a luxury retail environment or operational role preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and operationally savvy.
- Ability to coach and lead a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Foreign language skills preferred.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.
3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a luxury retail environment and/or operational role preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
The anticipated base range for this position is $33.70 through $37 hourly. Additional compensation includes bonus potential and benefits.
