Chanel Assistant Boutique Manager

- Partner with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the team, assuming oversight in the Director’s absence.
- Lead the team on the sales floor, providing superior service and support.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
- Coach and support the team in product knowledge and artistry skills to enhance client experience.
- Manage time and delegate effectively to support Boutique Director, with 60% focus on sales floor and 40% on operations.
- Oversee sales floor operations, including stock management and operational responsibilities.
- Lead MMS system operations, including inventory management and supply communication.
- Maintain organized stock storage and uphold Standard Operating Procedures.
- Establish relationships with corporate partners for operational support.
- Assist in event planning and execution with the Boutique Director.
- Create a culture of service, providing a memorable in-store and after-sales experience.
- Promote an omni-channel mindset for seamless client experiences.
- Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
- Attend seasonal seminars and corporate meetings.
- 3+ years of leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment or operational role preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and operationally savvy.
- Ability to coach and lead effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment and/or operational role preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
The anticipated base range for this position is $33.70 through $36.50 hourly. Additional variable pay, bonus potential, and benefits are included.
