1. Support the Boutique Director in developing and leading the team.
2. Oversee boutique operations in the Director's absence.
3. Lead the sales team and ensure superior client service.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive working environment.
5. Coach and elevate team skills in product knowledge and client experience.
6. Manage sales floor operations, including inventory and stock needs.
7. Execute operational responsibilities to ensure efficiency.
8. Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director.
9. Maintain organized stock storage systems.
10. Uphold and educate the team on Standard Operating Procedures.
11. Assist in event planning and execution.
12. Enhance client experience by personalizing interactions and fostering relationships.
13. Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising.
14. Attend seasonal seminars and corporate meetings.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
2. 3+ years of leadership sales experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented with operational savvy.
5. Ability to coach and lead a team.
6. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of three years in a leadership role within a luxury retail environment is preferred.

The anticipated base range for this position is $33.70 to $36 hourly, with additional variable pay components including bonuses and perks.
