- Support the Boutique Director in developing and leading the team.
- Oversee boutique operations in the Director's absence.
- Lead the sales team and ensure superior client service.
- Foster a positive and inclusive working environment.
- Coach and elevate team skills in product knowledge and client experience.
- Manage sales floor operations, including inventory and stock needs.
- Execute operational responsibilities to ensure efficiency.
- Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director.
- Maintain organized stock storage systems.
- Uphold and educate the team on Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in event planning and execution.
- Enhance client experience by personalizing interactions and fostering relationships.
- Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising.
- Attend seasonal seminars and corporate meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- 3+ years of leadership sales experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with operational savvy.
- Ability to coach and lead a team.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of three years in a leadership role within a luxury retail environment is preferred.

The anticipated base range for this position is $33.70 to $36 hourly, with additional variable pay components including bonuses and perks.
