1. Manage expenses, including reconciliation and reporting of sales VAT.
2. Review and post travel and expense journals, ensuring compliance with policies.
3. Verify and process employee reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policy.
4. Adjust travel and expense approval workflows as needed.
5. Manage corporate card issuance and updates.
6. Prepare and manage accrual expenses journals.
7. Review expense dimension combinations during closing periods.
8. Update financial statement sub-files and reconcile trial balances with financial statements.
9. Conduct regular reviews of vendor codes and prepare intercompany billing invoices.
10. Support VAT filing and other local tax-related activities.
11. Distribute expense ledger summaries to relevant divisions.
12. Participate in system or process improvement projects.

1. Degree in Business Administration or Accounting

1. Strong interpersonal communication skills across divisions and countries
2. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

1-2 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting department.
