1. Lead all Asset Protection initiatives to safeguard people and assets, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
2. Educate store teams on minimizing safety and security incidents.
3. Manage and develop boutique teams to optimize Asset Protection strategies.
4. Provide physical security expertise and ensure functionality of security controls, including cameras, alarms, and keys.
5. Oversee contract security details and coordinate recruitment, hiring, and training of security personnel.
6. Manage law enforcement and banking fraud investigations, fulfilling subpoena requests and collaborating with authorities.
7. Partner with transportation and external carriers to resolve delivery discrepancies.
8. Combat internal and external loss through employee education and deterrence resources.
9. Promote and maintain safety awareness programs through quarterly training sessions.
10. Collaborate with boutique operations to manage inventory loss and develop control strategies.
11. Investigate and resolve theft and fraud incidents, partnering with Corporate for corrective actions.
12. Ensure a safe environment for VIP and celebrity clients, coordinating with personal security details.
13. Support special events and site-specific security strategies.

1. Minimum of 7 years of related experience in asset protection or a similar field.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Retail experience is essential.
4. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
5. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in asset protection or a related field, with a strong background in retail environments.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 to $100,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable compensation.
