Chanel Area Sales Manager - Fragrance & Beauty

- Ensure execution of the sales strategy within the designated region.
- Set targets for the team and support individuals in achieving them.
- Maintain the brand image at points of sale and among the sales team.
- Lead and inspire the Field Sales team.
- Provide on-the-job coaching, quality feedback, and training in selling skills and client experience.
- Develop and motivate Beauty Confidants and Sell Out Consultants, manage performance, and ensure development plans are in place.
- Support the team in setting monthly and weekly priorities and monitor the effectiveness of routings.
- Recruit team members and ensure a high-quality onboarding experience.
- Foster partnership cooperation with regional counterparts in perfumeries.
- Identify and leverage new business opportunities and align on regional promotions and events.
- Collaborate closely with other internal teams to achieve common goals.
- Promote organizational culture and leadership attributes.
- Relevant experience in wholesale and retail business, ideally within the Fragrance & Beauty environment.
- Positive mindset to drive performance.
- People-oriented with a focus on developing and empowering the team.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to drive change and lead the team through transitions.
- Creative with a test & learn approach.
- Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity.
- Sensitivity to luxury and an appreciation for fragrance and beauty.
- Fluent communication skills in Czech and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Relevant experience in wholesale and retail business, ideally within the Fragrance & Beauty environment.
