1. Lead the sales and operations of the Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Täby, Stockholm.
2. Establish a world-class service and selling culture, ensuring high standards of client experience.
3. Inspire and manage a team of four Beauty Advisors, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
4. Drive and monitor performance indicators, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
5. Implement storytelling and advanced selling techniques, including cross-selling and up-selling.
6. Conduct gap analysis on performance and collaborate with the Retail Learning & Development Trainer to address areas of improvement.
7. Achieve key performance indicators such as Conversion Rate, Units per Transaction, Price per Unit, and Average Basket Size.
8. Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and adapt animations and events for the local clientele.
9. Manage staff schedules and day-to-day operational zoning.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management.
2. At least 5 years of shop floor experience within the Beauty industry.
3. Advantageous to be a qualified cosmetologist or makeup artist.
4. Engaging and communicative with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.

1. Strong leadership and management skills.
2. Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
3. Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
4. Proficiency in implementing advanced selling techniques.
5. High degree of integrity and ethics.

A minimum of 2 years in sales management and 5 years of shop floor experience in the Beauty industry.
