1. Assist in the coordination and execution of technical activities related to architecture projects.
2. Support architectural designers in drafting, archiving, and reviewing materials.
3. Facilitate communication with vendors and contractors, ensuring seamless project execution.
4. Research and analyze current trends in sustainable design, construction, and technology.
5. Assist in coordinating design details and support local fabricators and construction teams on site.

1. Native proficiency in Japanese.
2. Advanced proficiency in English.
3. Possession of a valid working visa for non-Japanese nationals.

1. Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to operate AutoCAD drafting and 3D modeling software.
4. Experience with Revit/BIM.
5. Ability to adhere strictly to deadlines.

Experience with Revit/BIM is required.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in a leading luxury fashion house, working alongside industry experts and contributing to high-profile projects.
