1. Collaborate with the Local Export Training Manager to identify development needs of Country Trainers and create tailored action plans for each market.
2. Participate in the creation of innovative and relevant learning pathways that meet learner needs and ATAWAC standards.
3. Assist in the preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of training sessions, both online and offline.
4. Engage in the animation of online training sessions using varied pedagogical methods to ensure participant engagement and learning.
5. Regularly evaluate participant progress and adjust training programs to ensure effectiveness.
6. Share new community animation ideas to differentiate from competitors and engage Beauty Advisors.
7. Monitor training KPIs and collaborate on transformation projects such as enhancing digital culture.
8. Contribute to the creation of educational materials including videos, podcasts, and presentations.
9. Assist in organizing learning events.

1. Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac +4 or +5).
2. Passionate about the fragrance and beauty industry with an interest in teaching and knowledge transmission.
3. Recognized for dynamism, eagerness to learn, and proactivity.
4. Possess creative, organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

1. Proficiency in English is essential.
2. Familiarity with content design tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office is advantageous.

No specific prior experience required, but a passion for the beauty industry and training is essential.
