Chanel Apprentice Stock Assistant (Alternance) — Beauty & Fragrance Boutique

- Receive, inspect and record incoming merchandise for the Parfums & Beauté boutique; verify quantities, product condition and accompanying documentation.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom according to Chanel merchandising and presentation standards; ensure optimal product rotation (FIFO) and traceability.
- Prepare replenishment for the sales floor and support visual merchandising teams with timely deliveries.
- Participate in cycle counts and full inventory operations; reconcile discrepancies and report variances to the store manager.
- Process returns, transfers and exchanges following boutique procedures and maintain accurate stock records in the store system.
- Ensure secure handling of high-value items, uphold loss-prevention protocols and maintain confidentiality regarding inventory data.
- Collaborate closely with sales advisors and the boutique management team to support client requests and product availability.
- Candidate must be available for an alternance (work-study) contract beginning September 2026 and enrolled in a relevant vocational or higher-education programme.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to inventory control.
- Reliability, punctuality and the physical ability to handle and move merchandise safely.
- High standards of discretion and professionalism appropriate to a luxury retail environment.

Previous retail or warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory for candidates in an alternance programme; prior exposure to luxury retail or beauty product handling is a plus.
Enrolled in a vocational diploma (BTS, CAP/BEP) or undergraduate programme in logistics, supply chain, retail management, commerce, or a related discipline; alternance-eligible.
