Chanel Apprentice Stock Assistant (Alternance) — Beauty & Fragrance Boutique

1. Receive, inspect and record incoming merchandise for the Parfums & Beauté boutique; verify quantities, product condition and accompanying documentation.
2. Organize and maintain the stockroom according to Chanel merchandising and presentation standards; ensure optimal product rotation (FIFO) and traceability.
3. Prepare replenishment for the sales floor and support visual merchandising teams with timely deliveries.
4. Participate in cycle counts and full inventory operations; reconcile discrepancies and report variances to the store manager.
5. Process returns, transfers and exchanges following boutique procedures and maintain accurate stock records in the store system.
6. Ensure secure handling of high-value items, uphold loss-prevention protocols and maintain confidentiality regarding inventory data.
7. Collaborate closely with sales advisors and the boutique management team to support client requests and product availability.

1. Candidate must be available for an alternance (work-study) contract beginning September 2026 and enrolled in a relevant vocational or higher-education programme.
2. Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to inventory control.
3. Reliability, punctuality and the physical ability to handle and move merchandise safely.
4. High standards of discretion and professionalism appropriate to a luxury retail environment.

Enrolled in a vocational diploma (BTS, CAP/BEP) or undergraduate programme in logistics, supply chain, retail management, commerce, or a related discipline; alternance-eligible.
