1. Monitor counterfeit procedures in France, including responding to requests from French authorities, filing complaints, and managing civil party constitutions.
2. Participate in international anti-counterfeiting efforts, such as organizing customs training, preparing country reports, and assisting in defining anti-counterfeiting strategies.
3. Provide support to the legal team through legal research and case law analysis.

1. Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 equivalent).
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, preferably in Intellectual Property.
3. Proficiency in Business Law and Intellectual Property Law.

3. High proficiency in English.

A minimum of initial experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, ideally within Intellectual Property.

Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 equivalent).
