- Adapt and deploy animations provided by the PB division to each point of sale within the designated scope.
- Create detailed guidelines with 3D renders to communicate artistic vision and technical requirements.
- Support local visual merchandising interlocutors to ensure correct deployment of guidelines.
- Consolidate post-installation reporting and provide feedback to improve execution.
- Provide detailed opening animation and visual merchandising guidelines in collaboration with store planning, operational marketing, and retail development teams.
- Support local markets with pre-opening considerations, including ordering, producing, and sourcing visual merchandising and animation elements.
- Participate in opening installations by traveling to the location.
- Promote and maintain visual merchandising culture and awareness among boutique staff and local stakeholders.
- Create digital content to inspire and communicate key messages to various stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising, animations, or events.
- Higher education background in art, space design, product design, or graphic design.
- Highly developed aesthetic sense and impeccable eye for detail.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and reliable with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages as a plus.
2+ years of experience in visual merchandising, animations, or events, with a strong foundation in merchandising and/or event architecture.
Higher education background in art, space design, product design, or graphic design.
Project management experience in a highly image-driven context and exposure to various retail métiers, both internationally and regionally.
