7. Identify and discreetly recommend necessary alterations while respecting Chanel's stylistic vision.
8. Organize alteration processes, considering workload and prioritizing tasks.
9. Evaluate alteration timeframes, provide clients with timelines, estimates, and potential garment impact.
10. Assemble and finish garments to Chanel's exacting standards, preparing them for client delivery.
11. Contribute to Chanel's prêt-à-porter performance by understanding and mastering boutique operations.
12. Adapt to boutique needs, embracing new tools and flexible scheduling.
13. Lead morning briefings to share alteration insights and expertise.
14. Maintain alteration service efficiency, ensuring all records are logged in CASS.
15. Monitor and manage supplies, placing orders as necessary.
16. Ensure machinery and tools are in optimal condition.
17. Master fitting ceremonies, garment fit, and alteration feasibility assessments.

1. Formal training in couture with significant experience in both flou and tailoring.
2. Passion for fashion and luxury.
3. Ability to handle urgent situations and problem-solve effectively.
