Chanel Aftersales Coordinator

- Assist clients during repair drop-off and perform initial assessments on repair possibilities.
- Manage client expectations by communicating repair details, conditions, spare part availability, and repair lead times.
- Enter detailed information into the CASS system and generate claims.
- Assist clients during pick-up by confirming completion of agreed repair requests and processing transactions.
- Maintain responsibility for the Open Claims Report for both Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ).
- Collaborate with the inventory team on quality alerts for the boutique.
- Conduct quality checks on all returned repairs from workshops.
- Follow up with clients throughout the repair lifecycle, including status updates, quality assessments, and quotation approvals.
- Maintain active communication with all workshops and respond to emails promptly.
- Process all incoming and outgoing stock repairs in CASS and MMS.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving with clients and workshops.
- Collaborate with boutique team members on client escalations.
- Process boutique stock repairs and damages.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in fashion or luxury client services required
- Foreign language skills preferred
- Strong client service mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with clients in a calm and professional manner
- Team collaboration skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A minimum of 2 years in fashion or luxury client services is required.
Bachelor's degree preferred
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24 through $27 per hour. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
