Chanel After-Sales IT Program Manager

- Implement project management best practices and methodologies.
- Define and design IT After-Sales projects in collaboration with business units.
- Establish a relevant project organization considering Chanel's governance practices.
- Prepare and animate project governance, including communication with executive stakeholders.
- Supervise IT development progress in synchronization with Technical Leads.
- Define and oversee testing strategies in collaboration with Functional and Technical Leads.
- Prepare IT project deployment, supervise Go Live and Hypercare phases.
- Prepare the transition from Build to Run and support team accompaniment.
- Maintain detailed project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Identify and manage open issues, risks, and propose mitigation plans.
- Provide regular project reporting and escalate issues to the IT After-Sales Domain Manager.
- Coordinate project communication with all stakeholders.
- Degree in business or engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management or program management, preferably in consulting or a large international company.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in IT Supply Chain, Retail, and Client environments.
- User-oriented with a strong understanding of After-Sales business needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English.
A minimum of 7 years in project management or program management roles, ideally within a consulting firm or a large international organization, with a focus on retail or After-Sales industries.
Degree in business or engineering.
