1. Implement project management best practices and methodologies.
2. Define and design IT After-Sales projects in collaboration with business units.
3. Establish a relevant project organization considering Chanel's governance practices.
4. Prepare and animate project governance, including communication with executive stakeholders.
5. Supervise IT development progress in synchronization with Technical Leads.
6. Define and oversee testing strategies in collaboration with Functional and Technical Leads.
7. Prepare IT project deployment, supervise Go Live and Hypercare phases.
8. Prepare the transition from Build to Run and support team accompaniment.
9. Maintain detailed project documentation.
10. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
11. Identify and manage open issues, risks, and propose mitigation plans.
12. Provide regular project reporting and escalate issues to the IT After-Sales Domain Manager.
13. Coordinate project communication with all stakeholders.

1. Degree in business or engineering.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in project management or program management, preferably in consulting or a large international company.

3. Proficiency in IT Supply Chain, Retail, and Client environments.
4. User-oriented with a strong understanding of After-Sales business needs.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Proficiency in basic IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 7 years in project management or program management roles, ideally within a consulting firm or a large international organization, with a focus on retail or After-Sales industries.

Degree in business or engineering.
