- Lead the functional vision for After-Sales solutions in collaboration with Technical Leads.
- Contribute to the development of the roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Gather and analyze new functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications or User Stories.
- Conduct functional design workshops with consultants and business teams.
- Manage and prioritize the functional backlog for After-Sales solutions.
- Collaborate with the After-Sales IT Program Manager to ensure timely delivery of functional deliverables.
- Implement best practices and methodologies for functional design in agile or hybrid modes.
- Organize functional Design Authority meetings with business and technical leads.
- Support development teams in understanding functional specifications and validating deliveries.
- Assist the QA team in drafting test plans and conducting functional tests.
- Prepare demonstrations of new functionalities for stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed functional documentation in collaboration with business teams.
- Supervise the user support team, ensuring user satisfaction and training on new functionalities.
- Degree from a business or engineering school.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Lead or Product Owner in a consulting firm or large international company, preferably in retail or After-Sales.
- Strong functional design skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle complex and strategic topics with a logical mindset.
- Proficiency in IT environments related to Supply Chain, Retail, and Client solutions.
- Fluency in English.
- Methodical and rigorous approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence.
- User and business-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with various teams.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a consulting firm or a large international company in retail or After-Sales.
Degree from a business or engineering school.
