- Provide exceptional client care services by understanding Chanel's culture and products deeply.
- Contribute to the standardization of after-sales operations for fine jewelry and watches.
- Collaborate with after-sales teams in Paris and Switzerland to ensure operations align with global policies.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams, related departments, and vendors to resolve critical issues swiftly with technical teams.
- Manage all administrative tasks related to after-sales for watches and jewelry, including repair operations, inspection, estimation, inquiries, and escalation handling.
- Coordinate with boutiques, wholesalers, and external business partners.
- Liaise with vendors and repair contractors for delivery and status management.
- Oversee temporary staff, including task instruction and negotiation with staffing agencies.
- Create and manage data, and handle repairs with headquarters in Switzerland and Paris.
- Support WFJ events, perform minor repairs in-house, and manage invoices and expense processing.
- Over 3 years of office experience in a luxury brand, preferably with after-sales or repair reception experience.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 700 or above), capable of handling meetings with the global team.
- Excellent communication skills.

A minimum of three years in an office role within the luxury brand sector, with a preference for those with after-sales or repair reception experience.
