- Master all service protocols, particularly extended treatments offered in dedicated spaces.

- Serve as a role model for Beauty Advisors, inspiring high-level skincare services and sales.
- Share skincare expertise with peers to foster growth and confidence.
- Attend skincare workshops and seminars, demonstrating brand professionalism and expertise.
- Solid experience as an aesthetician in facial and body treatments.
- Official certification in aesthetics and beauty.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in skincare protocols and treatments.
- Strong customer service and complaint resolution skills.
- Ability to create engaging client experiences.
- Business acumen and performance-driven mindset.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Proven experience in providing facial and body treatments as an aesthetician.
Official certification in aesthetics and beauty.
