Advertising Campaign Production Assistant

1. Support the team in managing the production of advertising campaigns, including booking participants, travel logistics, and collection logistics.
2. Ensure post-production management in collaboration with the team, including creative approvals, timelines, asset variations, and content distribution.
3. Manage administrative follow-up, including invoices, purchase orders, and budgets.
4. Develop monitoring activities related to competition, talents, partners, and artists.
5. Ensure the development of work tools such as schedules, budgets, and space reservations.

1. Experience in managing the production of shoots, campaigns, or image content in the fashion or art sector.

1. Strong organizational, anticipation, and responsiveness skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in computer tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and software like InDesign and Photoshop.
4. Fluent in English and French.
