- Act as a strategic business partner by developing advanced custom analytics to translate business needs into impactful data insights and solutions.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including North Asia Fashion regional leads, to address business questions with actionable analytical insights.
- Lead and execute analytics projects, providing ongoing support and designing interactive custom dashboards.
- Develop semantic models for advanced KPI tracking and insights to support the vision of North Asia Fashion.
- Analyze large data sets to uncover patterns, trends, and performance drivers across domains, markets, or divisions.
- Translate data into actionable insights through quantitative analysis combined with qualitative understanding and storytelling.
- Leverage advanced models to support business operations and decision-making.
- Collaborate with market teams to embed analytics into strategic and operational processes.
- Track the adoption and business impact of delivered analytics solutions.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of KPI dictionaries and analytics standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.
- Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
- Proficiency in dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Working knowledge of Python and PySpark for data processing tasks.
- Ability to navigate Databricks for collaboration and workflow management.
- Skilled in data visualization and storytelling for decision-making.
- Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in retail or luxury sectors, with a focus on luxury retail KPIs and customer journey analysis.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
