Chanel Administrative Coordinator

- Coordinate and oversee the billing process for freelance fees and expenses, liaising closely with Finance and Legal teams.
- Contribute to the monitoring of service contract signings in collaboration with Legal teams.
- Track research expense budgets by team and manage the entire vintage management process from purchase to stock.
- Oversee travel, T&E expenses, and associated budgets for the Studio des Collections teams.
- Manage expense reports for the Studio des Collections teams, ensuring compliance with Finance's management rules.
- Monitor team attendance, absences, and travel for the Studio des Collections.
- Administer Basware, Flow, and Coupa tools for the Studio des Collections.
- Propose and implement improvements to optimize and streamline budgetary, administrative, and contractual processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and missions, such as updating databases (vintages, partners), coordinating listings, and their dissemination.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in varied roles within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and structuring abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and build trustful relationships.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in varied roles within the fashion or luxury industry is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
